Outsource your vacation gear needs to us! From gas grills and baby cribs to strollers and wheelchairs, we’ve got it covered. Need an air conditioner or refrigerator urgently? We handle it all, delivering and picking up gear 7 days a week, including Christmas trees during the season.
There are 2 ways to work with us:
- Managed Service: In this option, property managers handle customer interactions and offer our products. Guests rent through the property manager, who orders from us. We deliver and pick up the items, billing the property manager monthly. Managers enjoy wholesale pricing and control their guest pricing, serving as the primary contact for customer service issues.
- Affiliate Service: For a hands-off approach, choose our Affiliate Service. Klein’s Rentals manages the entire rental process, including order taking, management, billing, customer service, and delivery. Property managers promote our services via web links, emails, and in-home flyers. Orders are tracked to the managed property, and managers receive a monthly affiliate fee.
Option 1. Managed Service
If you're managing the guest experience yourself, you can take orders from customers in any format and place them directly on our site at wholesale pricing. No money is requested during booking; we simply schedule it. We deliver the products at check-in and pick them up at check-out. Billing occurs on the first of each month for the prior month's deliveries. All invoices and previous addresses are stored in your online account, ensuring a quick and efficient ordering process.
Option 2. Affiliate Service
If you've chosen the Affiliate Service Approach, your focus is on marketing, with no need to manage orders, customer service, billing, or logistics. Klein's Rentals handles the entire rental process. Property managers inform vacationers of our offerings via web links in confirmation emails, follow-ups, web pages, and in-home flyers. Customers order directly from us, and we manage their requests completely. Each order for a managed home earns a referral fee, matching the margins of other options. This hands-off approach is ideal for property managers looking to maximize earnings without the hassle.
